AfterStride beta
Privacy notice
Last updated 13 September 2026
This notice explains the information used for AfterStride beta requests and the main account and training features. For a privacy question, contact paul@afterstride.uk.
When you request access
The request form collects your name, email address, running level, main goal, target distance, biggest challenge and contact consent. You can also provide a race date, weekly running frequency, wearable preference, club interest and a general note. Please keep that note free of medical or injury details.
These details help us review requests, manage invitations and contact you about beta access and the product updates covered by the form's consent wording. The page path and campaign labels from the link you used can accompany your request so we can understand where beta interest came from.
If you join the beta
Your account uses the identity and sign-in information you provide. The app stores the profile, training plans, workout records, check-ins and reflections you enter or create through the features you use. Some profile and readiness information can relate to health or wellbeing.
Coach and club features involve information shared within the relevant relationship or membership. Device and activity connections have their own access and setup steps; availability depends on the beta feature and your access.
Services supporting AfterStride
GoHighLevel supports beta contact records, request details, invitations and relevant account activity updates. Supabase supports authentication and the storage of account and app information. Website hosting also involves the technical information needed to deliver the site.
For details about a particular feature, how long its information is kept, or the processing locations and safeguards used by a provider, contact us using the address above.
Browser preferences
The marketing page remembers an explicit motion on/off choice in your browser. Sign-in uses session cookies to support authenticated access. Campaign information is described in the beta request section above.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw your agreement to beta and product-update contact, or object to direct marketing, by emailing paul@afterstride.uk.
You can also contact us to request access to or correction of your information, or to ask about deletion, restriction, objection or portability. Which rights apply depends on the processing and the circumstances. The Information Commissioner's Office explains your data protection rights.
Please contact us about any concern with how your information is handled. You can also make a complaint to the ICO.
